Useful microbiological sampling and testing underpinning risk-based food safety management workshop

In this workshop, several  ICMSF experts will feature basic concepts in microbiological sampling and testing as well as microbiological risk assessment that underpin modern food safety management. In this, we combine the evolution of science and technology, with that of good food practices and standards development, such as through Codex Alimentarius. A significant part of the workshop will be a free-flowing discussion and Q&A of registered CCFH delegates with the speakers and other ICMSF members present.
