Marta Taniwaki and Marcel Zwietering present on mycotoxin and listeria risks

During the 58th annual meeting of the ICMSF in Bogor, Indonesia, Marta Taniwaki and Marcel Zwietering delivered lectures for students of the Department of Food Science and Technology at IPB University. Marta’s presentation, “Fungi, Aflatoxins and Mycotoxins in Food: Updates and Enduring Challenges”, and Marcel’s talk, “Updates on Listeria monocytogenes”, were given to both in-person and online audiences.

Additionally, Lucia Anelich, Leon Gorris, Tom Ross, and Anett Winkler discussed developments in predictive modelling and microbiological risk assessment with the department’s staff, including Ratih Dewanti-Hariyadi.
