The 31st International Conference of the International Committee on Food Microbiology and Hygiene (ICFMH), FOODMicro2026, will take place from from 7 to 10 September 2026 in Ljubljana, Slovenia, at Cankarjev Dom. Under the theme “Revisiting the Roots: Reviving Hygiene in Advancing Food Microbiology”, the conference will bring together global experts to discuss advances in food safety, microbiology, and sustainable production, alongside a programme of scientific exchange and cultural experiences.
IAFP Latino 2026
